The Investigative panel has also placed a travel ban on Pinnick.According to Punch,Buhari ordered Pinnick's prosecution after receiving the Okoi Obono-Obla preliminary investigation report, which allegedly indicted the former Delta state sports commissioner.

Buhari was reportedly furious with the findings over the alleged massive scam and ordered for Pinnick’s immediate prosecution.

He also charged the EFCC’s boss to further carry out a discreet investigation into financial remittances in the football house between 2017 and 2018.

Magu, equally informed Buhari about another petition dated April 24, 2016 captioned ‘Monumental stealing and financial crisis in the Nigeria Football Federation’, from James Peters of Amal Pepple Estate, Abuja.

“Investigation into this petition has so far established that the NFF has sponsorship deals with 21 corporate organisation. Top 10 Most Likely Transfers this Transfer Window

Here we are taking a look at 10 players potentially on the move.Enjoy

10.Marouane Fellaini - Manchester United

Jose Mourinho's departure from Manchester United has been bad news for Fellaini, whose future at Old Trafford appears bleak under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Fenerbahce are keen to sign the Belgian midfielder, and United will cash in on the 31-year-old if they get a suitable offer for the former Everton man.

9.Gary Cahill - Chelsea

Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri has told Cahill that he is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge and can go in January. The 33-year-old could yet sit tight and leave as a free agent in the summer, but Arsenal are circling due to Rob Holding's cruciate ligament injury and Unai Emery's concerns over the strength of his remaining defensive options.

8.Gonzalo Higuain - AC Milan

Currently on loan at AC Milan from Juventus, the 31-year-old striker could seal a January move to Chelsea. The Stamford Bridge outfit are desperate to sign a proven goal scorer due to fitness concerns over Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata's loss of form. Morata could be used as bait to land Higuain.

7.Wilfried Zaha - Crystal palace

The Crystal Palace winger is the subject of big-money interest from the Chinese Super League, with Tottenham also long-term admirers for the former Manchester United man. Palace manager Roy Hodgson has ruled out a January move for Zaha, but chairman Steve Parish has admitted that the "right circumstances" could trigger a transfer.

6.Adrien Rabiot - Paris Saint-Germain

The 23-year-old midfielder is currently in a contract dispute with Paris Saint-Germain and is expected to leave the French champions for a cut-price fee in January. Barcelona are the favourites to sign him, but Liverpool have a longstanding interest in the player and could yet make a move if the price is right.

5.Eric Bailly - Manchester United

Bailly's Old Trafford future was bleak under Mourinho, but while his prospects have improved since the manager's sacking last month, his red card against Bournemouth exposed the flaws in the Ivory Coast defender's game. United would prefer to sell out-of-favour Marcos Rojo, but Arsenal and AC Milan are interested in Bailly, and he could yet be sold ahead of Rojo.

4.Alvaro Morata - Chelsea

The Spanish forward has made no secret of unhappiness in the Premier League, and Chelsea would be prepared to offload the former Real Madrid man if they can land a replacement. AC Milan are keen and could be the likeliest destination if Chelsea are able to buy out Higuain's loan to the San Siro from Juventus.

3.Mesut Ozil - Arsenal

Unai Emery has repeatedly refused to rule out a January move for Ozil, who has fallen out of favour under the new Arsenal manager. The German's £350,000-a-week wages are an obstacle to any sale, however, and Arsenal may be forced to subsidise any loan or permanent transfer simply to get him off the books. So far, there are few takers for the 30-year-old

2.Frenkie de Jong - Ajax

The Ajax midfielder is one of the hottest properties in Europe right now, with Barcelona and Manchester City both desperate to sign the 21-year-old. Barca are the favourites and De Jong has told Ajax he will make an announcement this month on his favoured destination before seeing out of the rest of the season with the Amsterdam club.

1.Cesc Fabregas - Chelsea

Manchester City have ruled out a move for the Chelsea midfielder, but AC Milan are in the hunt for January reinforcements and are expected to sign the 31-year-old this month. Premier League interest could yet emerge in the former Arsenal and Barcelona man, but the San Siro is his most likely destination.

Fabregas close to moving to Monaco
Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is edging closer to a move to Ligue 1 side Monaco,Sports HUB Najia understands.

The 31-year-old is entering the final six months of his Chelsea deal and is prepared to move on with playing time hard to come by this season under Maurizio Sarri.

AC Milan are also in the mix for Fabregas but are struggling to come up with the funds for a transfer fee and wages.

Manager Gennaro Gattuso expressed his frustration with the situation last week, with Financial Fair Play restrictions preventing Milan from significant investment in players.

"We have stakes. We cannot do what we want," Gattuso told DAZN. "The club has been clear. Fabregas? There are important figures involved."

At Monaco, Fabregas would link up with manager Thierry Henry, who was the Spaniard's team-mate when the pair were at Arsenal between 2003 and 2007.

Fabregas would provide a much-needed boost for Henry, who has endured a torrid time since he took over at Monaco in October.

Henry has lost six of his nine league matches in charge at the Ligue 1 club, with Monaco sitting 19th in the table in France's top flight, four points from safety.

Despite Fabregas's desire to seek an exit for more regular playing time, Blues boss Sarri still wants the experienced Spaniard to stay put.

"It would be really a problem without Cesc," Sarri said last week. "I want him to stay, I don't know the final decision of Cesc and the club of course.

"But for me it's very important and if Cesc will go I think that we need to buy another player, and it's not easy because, technically, Cesc is a very important player."

Fabregas has made just one start in the Premier League under Sarri this season, with the Italian preferring to play the likes of N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic and Ross Barkley in central areas.

The 2013 African CUP of Nations winning Striker joined Chinese Super League side after a sterling season with Greek side Olympiakos, but the move has failed to yield good fruit as he was forced to go on loan.

“Yea I am considering some offers at the moment but I will love to keep them under wrap at the moment until all is finalized,” Ideye revealed.

“I have been keeping myself fit for this window and hopefully we will reach an agreement in the coming days.”

The former Warri Wolves Striker added he’s interested in playing in Germany before he retired.

“The Bundesliga is one league I will love to play in before I retire. That could happen pretty soon you never know.”

Juventus looking to launch Massive Bid for Kylian Mbappe
Juventus are said to be interested in Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappé, but a deal is very difficult.

The youngster is seen as football’s next global superstar, as at the age of 20 he’s already won the World Cup and the French domestic treble.

In recent days he has been linked with Juve, and today’s edition of Tuttosport states that a deal is very difficult, but not impossible.

PSG are under investigation for alleged Financial Fair Play breaches, so could be forced to sell one of their stars.

Even then Mbappé would cost around €200m, given the French champions paid €180m to sign him from Monaco.

That would be double what the Bianconeri paid for Cristiano Ronaldo, which is already an Italian transfer record.

They would therefore have to sell a player like Paulo Dybala to fund the deal, which remains unlikely.
