Brentford's Full back Moses Odubajo has been approached for a Nigeria call up and might take part in the Eagles campaign in the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
He had previously featured under Aidy Boothroyd for the England's youth team.He had played for England U20s but hasn't made a senior appearance. He made 5 appearances for England in the period.
Odubajo has battled back from two years of injury hell with a
dislocated knee to rejoin Brentford this season and get regular games in
the Championship.
And he will get rewarded with an international call-up after getting
on the radar of Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr according to a
report in British online news tabloid, the sun.co.uk.
Odubajo will be included in the squad for next year’s qualifier
against Seychelles, with the finals to be held at the end of the season
in Cameroon.
